Terms

Plain-language terms · 2026-06-18
These terms are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, that is our problem to fix, not yours to decode.

01  What we provide

Orientation assessments, a careers library, scholarship and exam information, and counselling sessions. It is guidance to help a student and a family decide — not a verdict, and not a promise of any outcome.

02  What we do not promise

We do not promise a seat, a college, a job or a salary. An assessment shows tendencies on the day you take it, not a certainty about your future. Pay ranges in the library are estimates, never a sum anyone is owed.

03  Honesty about limits

We tell you when a feature is in beta, when an assessment norm is still being calibrated, and when a scholarship entry may be out of date. We would rather under-claim than mislead a teenager about their life.

04  Sessions and payment

Counselling and mentoring sessions follow scheduling rules that keep a minor safe — logged, guardian-visible, no contact pushed off the service. Where features are paid, the price is shown plainly, with no lock-in and no charge to leave.
