For Schools

Career guidance for a whole school — counsellor-led, family-respecting.

We bring orientation assessments, group workshops and family seminars into a school as a service — co-branded reports for the school, and dashboards that show the grade as a whole, never a single child's private result.

What we run in a school

Counsellor-as-a-service, on your campus

A programme run by trained counsellors, sized to a school's calendar — assessment days, workshops, and seminars that bring families in.

1
Assessment days
We run the staged orientation activities for a whole grade on campus, in Hindi or English, with audio assistance — and read the layered reports back to students and families.
2
Group workshops
Sessions on streams, careers beyond the usual short list, and how to weigh a decision — for a class or a grade at a time, in language a teenager engages with.
3
Family seminars
Evening sessions that bring guardians in — because in our families the decision is shared, and a seminar that includes them changes the conversation at home.
4
Career-day kits
Ready material for a school to run its own career day — printed careers cards, a session guide, and the library to explore, so the work continues after we leave.
The data line for schools

What the school sees, and what it never sees

·
The school sees the grade as a whole — how it leans across interest clusters, which workshops landed — so it can plan its guidance for the year ahead.
·
The school never sees an individual student's report. A child's result belongs to the child and the family, and stays with them. That boundary is built into the dashboard, not promised in a footnote.
·
Reports are co-branded with the school, but custody of a student's personal result is the family's. We will not hand a school a window into a single child.
